Relief Filters (Daytime Use)

To be worn anytime when doing digital work or in an artificially lit environment (ONLY inside in daylight hours).

Dusk Filters (Nighttime Use)

To be worn after sundown until bedtime. Or when struggling on screens in the afternoon.

- Support individuals who have high levels of screen use in the evening. 

- Developed with night drivers in mind, the ABS% puts these in the category III level, meaning it’s legal for you to drive at night whilst wearing them. 

Our lenses are designed and manufactured by leading specialists in the UK, packed full of technology that you won’t find anywhere else. Each pair of lenses goes through a twenty stage process to make sure you are protected from harmful HEV light.

1.67 RX = sphere + 8.00/-10.00  (+4 /- 4 opposite cylinders)

If you’ve got an astigmatism you need cylinder and axis. 

If not, PD and dioptre are fine.

How to measure PD (pupillary distance)

Stand just infront of a mirror.

- Hold a ruler against your brow.

-Close your right eye then align the ruler's 0 mm with the center of your left pupil.

-Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye.

The mm line that lines up to the center of your right pupil is your PD.

This is a big no-no. Although theoretically, it would help your sleep. Studies suggest supplementing an unnatural amount of  melatonin at a time of day when it is not supposed to be present, it can increase photosensitivity to the eye, putting it at an increased risk of damage.

As standard, we offer a 14 day free returns period, no questions asked. You will be supplied with a postage label so please look after it. 

After the 14-day period has ended you will only be able to return the glasses between the 90-120 day trial period. We can however swap your lenses for any other lens completely free of charge at any time within the 120 day trial period. 

*We do not offer refunds for customized items, like prescription lenses, unless there is a manufacturing defect. They will deducted from the refund.

All Dougo’s glasses come with a two-year guarantee across all products. This includes flaws in materials, craftsmanship, coatings, and cracks. Manufacturing defects do not include scuffed lenses, loose screws, or anything that can be attributed to user error. 

We also provide accident protection as an optional extra for £19.99. This is valid to claim once per purchase and covers scratched lenses, a broken hinge and/or arm. 

*Please note we must be able to refurbish the glasses for a valid claim.

The suede cloth provided is sufficient enough to rid of most marks and smears. We only recommend using chemical-free glasses/lens cleaner to clean your glasses. Do not leave glasses in a place of excessive heat or moisture as this can affect the lens coatings.
