I've been using the Dougos Relief Glasses with the new Wunsch frames and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. I've tried blue light glasses from other brands before and I wasn't impressed. The frames were ok, but the lens just didn't cut it for my needs.This isn't the case with Dougos. When they arrived 2 weeks ago, I could tell they were different the moment I put them on.I sit on the screen from 7am to around 4pm most days, so I often feel eye strain and dry eyes from looking at the screen.By the end of the day, I always experience heavy brain fog which limits my performance and thinking — the last few hours of my workday are limited to menial tasks being dragged-out far longer than they should take.Not anymore. With Dougos, my eyes feel significantly better — not like I've been burning a hole in them for hours.And my mental performance at the end of the day feels like it's on another level. My colleagues say I'm more lively and active during meetings, and I'm finally getting stuff done after 2pm. Sure, I still get a little tired and sluggish — that's normal. But it's a HUGE improvement from before.I never realised how much a properly configured blue light lens can help.And to top it off, they look great. I highly recommend Dougo's if you're looking for a pair of high-quality, effective blue-light glasses.

My last blue light glasses were effective for about 2 months until the coating started coming away from the lens. Although I've not had these for 2 months just yet, I'm over the moon. The relief lenses are great for late afternoons and they actually help me with night driving too! LOOOVE the cork case, nice touch. If I could say one thing I'd like improved is the lack of frame colours to choose from.

Unparalleled quality and design. Super comfy and stylish. I work on screens till late at night, and since grabbing a pair of the Sleep Lenses my sleep has improved drastically. I’ll admit, I’m surprised at how much of a game changer this technology has been to my mood and energy balance! I think what makes Dougos different is that they seriously care about health, and the well being of their customer base. And it shows.

Very happy with Dougo's glasses. I bought a clear pair from an american brand back in 2020 when I was using my screens alot more over lockdown. The quality of the other brand I bought wasn't great, however these are great in comparison! The quality of the frames are very sturdy. Happy with my orange screen + lenses. I would love it if they bought out the option to change the lenses in the frames!

My daughter recommended me these blue light glasses as I was getting sore eyes in the evening. They have been helping, but I find it hard for my eyes to adjust to the red lenses (sleep lenses). Maybe I should have opted for the relief or screen + lenses to begin the adjustment on my eyes. I personally would suggest to anyone who just wants to help with relief on eye strain to go with the clear or orange lenses. If you struggle with sleep I've been told these (red lenses) are better for late into the evening before bed (advice from my daughter). Overall great quality, and nice add ones in the box. Cloth, cork case, cotton pouch etc. Worth the money.

I absolutely love my Dougo's glasses! I’m staring at a computer screen most days, which can be tiring and draining. Since using my Dougo’s I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy levels. I’m also finding it easier to focus for longer, which is really improving my productivity. On top of that, they're really comfortable to wear, and light, which is so important as I'm wearing them most of the day. Plus I love the fact, the frames are made from 100% recycable materials.
